We loved our stay in this city! The hotel's location in the heart of everything was unbeatable. We could easily access transportation to explore farther, but the nearby streets offered so much to see and do on foot. The cleanliness of this place was impressive, and it made us feel comfortable. And the staff were friendly and always there to help.

The location was superb, right in the heart of Bloomsbury near the British Museum, Royal Opera House, and Dominion Theatre. It was so convenient for exploring London with our children. The spacious bedrooms and comfy beds provided a cozy retreat after busy days of sightseeing. The apartment was well-equipped, and our kids enjoyed having access to YouTube on the TV. The light controls and roomy wardrobes were thoughtful touches that made our stay even better.
In my wife's opinion, it would have been great to have a small play area or toys for the kids.

It was situated in an excellent area, close to the tube and right near everything in the heart of the city. the apartment had great internet and was well-furnished, with comfortable beds and good quality rooms. Further, the customer service was good, and they were doing everything they could to make the guests happy.
The heating or cooling systems were very poor, which made it difficult to manage the temperature in the room.

The noise level was unbearable, especially during Christmas Eve. We couldn't sleep because of the loud music and guests next door.
